The Freedom School
Parent Testimony
There
are many reasons we love to send our son to Freedom School. One of the
main reasons is we know he is getting a great education. He loves learning
and that love for learning is nurtured tremendously by his teacher and
all the teachers there. They have a wonderful approach to learning that
is very holistic - it is not just sitting in a desk, listening, and then
taking tests. It is sometimes sitting at a desk, but it many times means
they are learning through hands-on methods that children love.
Even though the education is great for Jonah, it is not the only reason we chose Freedom. There are lots of places Jonah could get a great eduation, but there are not as many schools where he would be connecting with children from so many different backgrounds. We love the commitment to children who are not necessarily from Christian families, and that there are also some children present who do come from Christian families.
